Look for the beauty in all of God's creation. Then as it is absorbed into your soul, it will be extended to others.
Maybe it's in your smiling eyes or perhaps an encouraging word to a friend. It is all of the beauty of God's handiwork.
He created you in His image. You reflect the glory of the Lord.
I know I am seeking to be all God made me to be. This devotional convicted me that I need to start taking better care of my body. I want to be a fit expression Him.
No more excuses. Treadmill here I come!
As I read this devotion in the God Calling book I thought about my friend Violet Skiles. I thought about the beauty of the woman she is and the gift of artistic talent God has given her.
Every time I read Violet's blog or scroll through her amazing website my heart is warmed by the beauty in her gift.
I can barely draw a stick figure. To see what the strokes of her brushes or pens or the lenses of her camera can create is miraculous. It is really beautiful.
